Shipping policy
At Cryptage Beverages, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers in Germany every day.
The time span is divided into:
1. Processing time (1-2 days)
We take care of your order, check that it is correct and that payment has been received. Then the order is released for the 2nd step.
2. Delivery time
After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider (DHL) and you will receive an e-mail with shipment tracking.
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
